The staff at Eastern Engineering is always helpful and never hesitate to lend a helping hand in regards to any questions you may have on a current task. As an undergraduate student, it was greatly appreciated that they were extremely flexible on their hours and schedules whenever you had to study for an exam or finish a school related activity. Most importantly, my perspective on structural projects had completely changed. With being able to go over the structural plans and calculations, you’re able to understand the reason as to how these structural components work and perform. Thank you to Eastern Engineering for welcoming me into the family and offering the opportunity to share experiences with such a dynamic and uplifting team.

In the few months I interned there, I learned a lot about every department at Eastern Engineering. As a student in Civil Engineering, I went in thinking I would just learn about structural engineering but later found myself learning from people in each department, from engineering to marketing and human resources. There was always something new to learn there and I never felt afraid to ask for help or ask to learn more about something. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and even after leaving I have continued to learn from them through their website and other social media platforms.

Working at Eastern Engineering Group was a great learning and working experience. It changed the way I look at my life in a positive way. The responsibilities catered to me during my time at EEG brought out my hidden talents and also boosted up my confidence in taking engineering judgements. Great communication and collaboration with my superiors. They taught me a lot. Never forget that. I will always appreciate their collaboration. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to engineering. Nice coworkers and a good work environment. Beautiful office recently remodeled. Highly recommended!

What stands out about Eastern Engineering Group is the positive and collaborative work environment. The company values teamwork, and this is evident in the way colleagues from different departments collaborate to achieve common goals. The management team promotes open communication, making each employee feel heard and valued.

My time at Eastern was excellent. I had the opportunity to work with professional engineers and learn from them. The project managers are very enthusiastic and willing to teach the basic structural engineering concepts.

I worked at Eastern Engineering Group for three years as a Project Engineer. Thanks to the professional experience I gained at the company I was able to open my own engineering firm once I left the company.
