    Paving & Drainage Plans

    Eastern Engineering Group will prepare the Paving & Drainage civil engineering plans, so you can then submit them in accordance with the City-County Public Works Department and the Department of Environmental Resources Management (DERM) Standards and Specifications.

    Grading Plans

    In order to ensure a level base, or one with a specified slope, for a construction work such as a foundation, the base course for a road or a railway, or landscape and garden improvements, or surface drainage. This will prevent property damage, flooding, standing water, and erosion of embankment areas.

    Water & Sewer On-Site Plans

    Plans according to Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department Standards. This task does not include the design of any private and/or public sewage pumping stations and associated force mains.

    (Extension Plans)

    Main Extension Plans according to Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department Standards and Agreement.

    Striping & Signage Plans

    Paving, Drainage, Striping, Details and Drainage Calculations, according to Standards and Specifications established by Miami Dade County Public Works Department and the Department of Environmental Resources Management (DERM).

    Drainage Inspections

    Eastern Engineering Group will inspect the drainage conditions located at the property, in order to provide drainage plans and details to submit them in accordance with the City’s Code.
