Each of its four exclusive residences features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and an expansive 1,450 square feet of air-conditioned living space. The hallmark of these homes is their unique two-story design, seamlessly connected by a customizable staircase. Our scope of work encompassed the design and engineering of these critical elements, with the delivery of meticulously prepared, signed, and sealed structural calculations and drawings, ensuring the project’s structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Did you know that the visionary behind the Eighty Four Project, Eduardo A. Pardo-Fernandez, is the founder of the architectural firm Contemporary Design Studio? Starting with the 2002 award of the Vision 3 competition for the Casa de las Americas Library in Havana, Cuba, he embarked on a remarkable journey, developing a growing expertise in architecture and place making.
This expertise was later applied in a wide range of projects, from affordable and emergency housing to high-end custom residences and institutional buildings. Eduardo A.
