STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING FIRM: EASTERN ENGINEERING GROUP

Eastern Engineering Group was entrusted with the structural design and development of construction documents for the Imperial Tower Apartment Building, an impressive twelve-story structure. Aligning meticulously with the most up-to-date edition of the Florida Building Code and relevant standards such as ASCE 7-98, ACI 318, ACI 530, and ASD 9th Edition, our dedicated team meticulously crafted a comprehensive package of signed and certified structural drawings and calculations.

The foundation design seamlessly incorporated the recommendations outlined in the Geotechnical Report, post-tensioned slabs were ingeniously integrated into the intermediate floors and lower-level ramps, mirroring the top-notch design of the roof slab. Notably, the high roof slab situated above the stair and elevator shaft was engineered as a conventionally reinforced concrete slab.
