Seneca Town Center
What was once an abandoned corner at Hallandale Beach Boulevard and SW 32nd Avenue is becoming the heartbeat of Pembroke Park. Seneca Town Center will blend everyday conveniences with much‑needed services—mixing places to grab a bite, refuel, shop and even receive medical care—all wrapped in a relaxed, Key West‑inspired design. Spread over just over six acres, the development is designed to draw people in, support local jobs and give the neighborhood a fresh sense of place.
Eastern Engineering Group is proud to help bring this vision to life. Working closely with Ramos Martinez Architects, we crafted the structural designs and detailed specifications that will ensure each building stands strong through Florida’s tough weather while still feeling inviting and light. By combining technical rigor with an understanding of community needs, we’ve helped turn a neglected site into a welcoming center where residents and visitors can connect, do business and feel at home.
