Structural Engineering Firm: Eastern Engineering Group
Eastern Engineering Group undertook the structural engineering for the TriniSuites Dos y Medio project. Our scope of work involved the design, calculations, and specifications for the construction of the 5-story building spanning approximately 24,000 square feet. As part of this comprehensive package, our firm provided signed and sealed structural calculations and drawings. The structural design covered various elements, including reinforced concrete shear walls, non-load-bearing CMU walls, reinforced concrete and structural steel columns. We ensured that the construction adhered to all applicable building codes and standards, delivering precision and accuracy throughout the process.
